BORALE delivers everywhere in Canada and United States according to predetermined rates. They are calculated during the conclusion of the transaction.

Parcels are shipped on specific days following the payment of the order. These exercise periods are on Monday and Thursday, with an approximate timeframe of 5 business days to receive the merchandise during regular periods of time.
If you need the merchandise in a shorter delay, you are responsible for contacting us and for making the necessary arrangements. Extra fees may apply.
BORALE is not responsible for delivery delays caused by third parties, and no refund or exchange will be made in the event of a late delivery of the goods.
MODIFICATION OF A PURCHASED ORDER
Usually, BORALE doesn't accept the modification or cancellation of an order once the payment is confirmed. To obtain information about an order already performed, you can contact us by email and we will be glad to help you.
You will receive a link and a tracking number as soon as your order will leave our warehouse. You will be able to track your package online, directly into your account.
EXCHANGES AN REFUNDS
As BORALE provides body hygiene products, exchanges or refunds are not possible. It is the responsibility of the buyer to make the necessary verification to prevent inconveniences. If you have any questions regarding product technical data and that you don't find the answer on this Website, you have the responsibility for contacting us or to do proper research.
In case of an error about the goods delivered, you must advise us within 3 days after the receipt of the parcel. Beyond this period, it will be impossible to correct the situation. We will provide you with a return number. No product return will be processed without prior authorization. Borale will be in charge of the fees in order to ensure the replacement of the merchandise as soon as possible.
In case of loss or damage to the merchandise during transit, you must notify BORALE as soon as possible and contact CANADA POST, mentioning the tracking number you received by email.
